About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation:

    • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.

    • Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  2. Outbound Prospecting:

    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers.

    • Craft compelling and personalized messages to capture the attention of prospects.

  3. Qualification:

    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.

    • Gather essential information about leads, including their needs, pain points, and buying potential.

  4. Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.

    • Provide necessary information and context to sales representatives to ensure productive meetings.

  5. CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.

    • Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

    • Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to continuously improve targeting efforts.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Atleast 3 to 4 years experience

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about our products/services and industry.
