The Tailored Living stands by the quality of its items and strives to make every purchase a pleasant one. If you are not satisfied, we will do everything possible to make things right.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Final sale items

  • For sanitary purposes, all Dinnerware and Flatware made out of ceramic, wood, or etc (except from Coasters and Trivets)

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

WAYS TO RETURN

  • In store — You can return most items to our store for free.

  • Through Delivery — Items shipped by a third-party courier can be returned to our office address. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.

  • If online purchase, please present any evidence of product payment or communication from our team

  • If store, please present any evidence of product purchase 

 

REFUNDS

Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
