Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (the "Terms'') govern your access to and use of the Platform and its services. The term "Platform" refers to The Tailored Living ("We," "Us," or "Our") website at www.thetailopredliving.com, as well as any mobile versions and mobile applications made accessible by us. By continuing to access or use the Platform and/or any of its services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and accepted to be governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy without limitation or qualification. Please do not access or use the Platform or any of its services if you do not agree to these Terms.

General

You agree to the following terms by using the Platform and its services:

  1. only use it for the intended and legal reasons;

  2. ensure that all information or data you give on the Platform is true, and that you accept entire responsibility for it;

  3. be responsible for keeping your account information and password secret, as well as restricting access to such information and your computer. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that take place under your account, whether or not they are authorized. If you know or have reason to believe that the confidentiality of your account has been compromised, or if there has been any unauthorized use of it, you should contact us immediately.

  4. not disrupt or harm the Platform, its operations, services, infrastructure, or software in any way;

  5. not impersonate anyone or anything, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with anyone or anything; and

  6. not use or upload any material that contains, or you have reason to suspect contains, viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, adware, damaging components, malicious code, or other harmful or disruptive components that may impair or corrupt Platform data or damage or interfere with Platform operation.

Registration and Account Security

You must register and establish an account in order to access and use the Platform. However, we reserve the right to refuse your registration and/or terminate your account at any time, with or without warning, for any reason.

Upon registration:

  1. You must present us with current, accurate, and complete registration information.

  2. We have permission to assume that anyone accessing the Platform using your username and password is either you or someone authorized to act on your behalf.

You are responsible for the security of your login and password, as well as any activities or acts performed under your password. You agree to indemnify us for all claims, losses, and damages originating from the conduct of a person in connection with the access and use of the Platform using your login details. We may ask you to update your login and/or password at any time. We will not be liable or responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of or in connection with such a request, or as a result of any invalidation of your login or password, regardless of the cause.

Products, Pricing, Content and Specifications

We make every effort to provide you with an accurate description of the products featured on the Platform, in our collections, on our website, and on our social media pages (collectively, the "Products"), but we cannot guarantee that such descriptions, colors, information, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Weight, dimensions, and other details may appear in some product descriptions, but they are simply estimates provided for your convenience. We make every attempt to accurately show and describe the features of the Products, including the colors that are available. However, depending on your mobile device, computer system, monitor, and/or other display capabilities, the color you see in the Platform, catalogs, websites, and social media pages may vary from actual color.

We reserve the right to change the price and other properties of the product at any time.

 

Placing an Order

You can place your order by going to the check-out page and clicking the "Buy now" or "Add to my cart/bag" or other similar option. You are effectively submitting your offer to buy a certain Product by clicking the "Buy now" or "Add to my cart/bag" or "Check out" or similar button, which we may accept or refuse. You are responsible for ensuring that the information given for the order is complete and accurate.

 

Restrictions, Limitations or Conditions of Purchase

We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold on the Platform at any time, cancel any purchase at any time, and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notice. Any cancellation or change in status of your order will be notified to you by the email address or phone number you supplied. Prior to accepting and/or shipping any order, we may demand verification of information.

 

Payment

The prices on the Platform, in our catalog, on our website, and on our social media accounts are all in Philippine Pesos. You have the following payment choices when placing an order on the Platform:

  1. Online Payment and E-wallets
    Online and e-wallet payments are also accepted. You will be redirected to another website owned and operated by the bank or the e-wallet company, which shall collect and process your financial information pursuant to its own terms and policies.

 

If you fail to pay using the payment method you specified or if your payment is cancelled for any reason, we will cancel your purchase and delay delivery of the Products until payment is received in full.

Invoicing

Following clearance of your payment transactions, we will send you a sales invoice via email or upon delivery of the product(s) purchased.

 

Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup Limitations

When an order is placed using the Platform, you have the following options to receive your order:

  1. Delivery
    To avoid delay or cancellation of delivery, you have to ensure that you are compliant with our shipping restrictions and applicable terms and conditions. If you will not be personally available to receive your delivery, please provide an authorization letter and a government-issued ID to an authorized representative for timely releasing of your order. All deliveries will be handled by the independent logistics company engaged by you, which you will then coordinate with The Tailored Living Customer Care Team. To minimize delivery delays or cancellations, please make sure you follow the shipping constraints and terms and conditions of the independent logistics business you engaged in.
 

  1. Store Pickup

Products purchased which are for store pick-up are subject to store/branch’s pick-up guidelines and restrictions:

  • An email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, containing the earliest pick-up date for your Product/s at our assigned pop-up store branch. You may, however, change the store branch of pick-up within 24-hours from the time you receive the email notification.

 

Due to the large volume of orders, logistics difficulties, regional limits, severe weather, and other factors beyond our control, delays may occur. However, we will do everything possible to prepare your orders and have them ready for pick-up or delivery as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

Return and exchange of Products are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Termination of Account and Platform Services

Your account or usage of the Platform may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason. We have the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the Platform at any time and without warning. Prior to the termination or suspension of your account and/or Platform services, you are individually liable for any orders or charges you make.

 

Accuracy of Information

Our Platform, catalog, website, and social media sites may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up to date. As a result, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, as well as change or update information at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been completed). Such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may affect pricing and availability, and we have the right to cancel or deny any transaction placed based on inaccurate pricing or information availability.

 

Intellectual Property

All information and content available on the Platform, in our catalog, website, and social media pages, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, features, functions, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, as well as the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is our property or the property of our affiliates, partners, or licensors, and is protected.

Neither the Content nor any portion of the Platform, our catalog, website, or social media pages may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, or modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, without our express, prior written consent, except as required by applicable law. Nothing in the Platform, our catalog, website, or social media pages grants or should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos displayed on the Platform, our catalog, website, or social media pages without our written permission or the permission of the applicable third party owner.

Any material, information, suggestions, idea, concept, know-how, technique, question, comment, feedback/review, or other communication you transmit, upload, or post to or through the Platform in any manner ("User Communications") is and will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use any or all User Communications for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, development, deletion, and/or marketing for any commercial or non-commercial reason. We may monitor or examine any User Communications, but we are not compelled to do so. Any User Communications will not be used, returned, reviewed, or responded to us.

We will have no liability for the content of any such User Communications, whether arising from copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or other laws. We reserve the right, however, to remove any or all User Communications that contain information that we deem improper or undesirable.

Our online services will continue to expand in order to provide you with new features and services as well as technological advancements. Governing Law
